Just print out the Rally Booking Form and send with a £50.00 deposit to book.
The discounted rate is available for groups of 10 or more units, minimum stay of 2 nights, the cost is £27.50 per unit, per night. A unit consists of a tent, motorhome or caravan and up to 5 people. For rallies of 10 to 20 units there is one free pitch for the Rally Steward.
For rallies of 21 units upwards the cost is £23.00 per unit per night a further reduction and two free pitches for stewards.
Any additional people to the 5 are charged at £5.50 per person per night. Use of electric hook-up box is £3 per night.
Please note that children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate groups during the peak periods of Whitsun and the end of July and August (& possibly Easter Weekend) but please phone to check availability.
If it is an all adult group remember to check out our ‘adults midweek special’ which may give you a better deal, it is for 5 nights Sunday pm to Friday am, for £49.00
